Back Home - Dec 1, 2013

We flew home on my birthday from the Navy Base at Rota, Spain, to a small National Guard Baser in South Carolina on an Air Force C-17 Cargo Plane. They were carrying a CH-47 Army National Guard Helicopter, returning home from its deployment in Afghanistan.  The Army Guard met us at the strip, unloaded the Helo, and took us to the Airport.  Thanks, guys.  The Helo is their last one coming back from Afghnanistan.
